The Creptter Children “Asleep With Your Devil” EP Imminence Records Released January 2018
It has been very exciting for me, not only see how relentless the Metal scene has been in refusing to “die” out like some have suggested but rather flourish! Not only has the metal scene refused to go away, women have been making their undeniable presence known with a powerful metal presence that will rock the house with the best of them! The Creptter Children come to us from Melbourne Australia bringing their hard edge style Infusing the modern sounds of the Goth and Metal underground. After a long 8-year hiatus, The Creptter Children have released their brand-new EP “Asleep With Your Devil” and have shown us that this band is just getting revved up! The album is solid and to be honest, when I finished up my first preview, all I could think was “that’s all? I want more!” The Creptter Children have fused the styles of black metal bands like Behemoth and the dark gothic style of Marilyn Manson. The band brings a familiar yet fresh musical style that will keep your head banging! With Iballa’s powerful vocal style (likened to the vocal styles of Nell Sigland of Theater of Tragedy and Lindy Gabriel of Gabriel and the Apocalypse), and the talented driving force of N8oR and Joel, the band has created a fantastic EP with songs that will stay with you throughout your day. The Creptter Children is comprised of Iballa Chantelle on Lead Vocals and Guitars, N8oR on Guitars, Backing Vocals, Synths, and Drum Programming, and Joel Mair on Bass Guitar. The band has been making such an impact on the scene they have signed with American label Imminence Records and have secured endorsements from Ibanez Guitars, JVB Strings, Lip Service and Vampress Fashion. If your looking for a new addition to your music collection, check out The Creptter Children’s brand-new EP “Asleep With Your Devil”. You can find it on Spotify, iTunes, Band Camp, and all good online music stores. You can and should also check out their latest music video “Asleep with your Devil” on YouTube; it’s dark, totally metal, and will give you a glimpse of what this band is just getting started with. It’s heavy, it’s sexy, and well produced. I have no doubt that you will be seeing and hearing much more from The Creptter Children and I am looking forward to the day I get to see them live here in the USA!
Check out all their media outlets and show the band some love!
